Lennar notified me about this community coming soon.
There will only be 43 home sites. The builder is advertising homes with "resort style amenities, including an 18-hole championship golf course".
There is no vacant land available for a golf course where the builder says these homes will be located. Since they also built Sarasota National, most likely they will have an agreement for golf membership for residents of this community.
