Tiburon is a new construction home enclave of 84 single family homes and 140 town homes called "The Towns", set on 40 acres just off Honore Ave., south of Hwy 681 in Nokomis.
Tiburon has a small community pool and park. Tiburon also has a large fenced dog park. The builder was careful to keep living expenses, such as association fees, as low as possible, with no guarded gate and a shorter list of amenities.
For beach lovers, Tiburon is just minutes to Nokomis or Venice Beach, as well as downtown Venice's local attractions and amenities.
