Some of the homes that are still "under construction" in this list could be up to 2 years old. We can usually tour these kinds of homes before they're completed. The downside is you won't be able to pick your colors and finishes as you would with a typical new construction home.
Let the previous owner pay for extras and upgrades like blinds, appliances, and fixtures.
