Why do you need your own Realtor when buying a Venice FL new construction home?
1) Save time: Work with one person, and take advantage of my website, with all Venice area new home communities in one place;
2) No waiting: In season especially, you may have to wait for a new home sales consultant to help you. I can show you any new model home without waiting;
3) Resales: Many new home communities have 1, 2 or 3 year old resale homes, which the new homes sales consultants can't show you or sell;
4) Top of mind: A buyer working with their own Realtor is a more qualified buyer to a new home sales consultant. For example, if you want a particular home site, you may be at the top of the list when they are released;
5) Market knowledge: Most new home sales consultants are well versed on the product they sell, but they probably don't know much about the overall real estate market.
6) The same price: The builder's published prices are the same, whether you go directly to the builder or work with your own Realtor.
