I've been experimenting with AI for a few months, and it holds a lot of promise for real estate. The ability to create images, which I've been doing for social media, is fun and relevant.
As we're told on all the AI platforms (ChatGPT and Gemini are my 2 favorites), AI agents are artificial intelligence, and they make mistakes. Just now, I asked two AI agents to make me a map for 4 nearby locations.
Here is my attempt with Google Gemini.

Here is the result from ChatGPT.

Neither AI platform got map locations quite right. Gemini is my favorite, but it tends to add a lot of extra information I didn't ask for, when I've used it for other projects. I'm creating images like this to promote my knowledge of new construction communities and what is nearby, not to promote a particular builder or their hastags.
This AI image, on the other hand, is exactly what I wanted- at little cheeky with a fun play on words. It definitely got attention in my Facebook feed.

AI has given me lots of advice for my online presence, but in my experience it's not creative on it's own. The "spying" post required a few back-and-forth sessions until I got what I wanted. For right-brainers like me AI has a place. I wouldn't completely trust it in a formal business project or presentation.
