Here's a real estate update for Venice and Nokomis FL for March 2026 vs March 2025.


I'm sure you're hearing about an oversupply in the Florida real estate market. As I've said for a long time, the old adage "all real estate is local" applies to what's happening in Venice and Nokomis FL.

More units sold during the typically busy month of March 2026 this season, and there's currently a very low percentage of homes for sale in major Venice FL neighborhoods.


The old adage "all real estate is local" is proven here for Venice and Nokomis, while news reports continue about high inventory of unsold homes in nearby markets like Naples, Cape Coral, and Ft. Myers.
