Beachwalk Update | Venice and Englewood New Homes | David Barr Realtor

I took advantage of some great weather on Thanksgiving Day to bring you some new photos of Beachwalk.

I'm getting tremendous interest in Beachwalk. It's only 2 miles from the closes beach on Manasota Key, and it will have a full list of resort style amenities, including a bar and grill. The builder (Divosta) is building a similarly-sized new home community in south Sarasota called Talon Preserve. The floor plans and pricing should be similar to what is planned for Beachwalk.

When you see ads or signs that say " coming in Spring 2021", that means the first set of home sites will be released for sale, and the model homes have been completed and are open. Your new home in Beachwalk will be ready about 7 or 8 months after you reserve your home site.

To reserve a home site, you'll likely need a down payment of 20% of the sales price.

Reserving your homesite usually requires an in-person visit with the builder, with me as your Realtor. New homes cost the same as the builder's advertised prices, when you're working with your own Realtor. Because I'm a new homes specialist, the builder knows when I bring a buyer to them, they are probably more qualified than someone who comes in on their own off the street.
