Villas of Venice is one of the most affordable beachfront condos in Sarasota County. The 80-unit complex is made up of efficiency apartments in a 2 story building, and one bedroom attached villas at ground level. The one bedroom villas are situated in groups of 8 around a central courtyard.
Residents here enjoy a large community pool, a beachfront gazebo, and direct, uncrowded beach access. You will also enjoy a full list of planned activities and social groups. A medium sized pet is welcome in Villas of Venice, up to 30 lbs.
