The Inlets has historically been one of our area's most in demand waterfront neighborhoods. Inlets is gated, and amenities include a large community pool and clubhouse, community boat and RV parking, and tennis.
There are 240 residences in The Inlets, including maintenance free stand alone villas and carriage homes, which are actually condos. Built between 1983 to 1993, Inlets carriage houses are 1 to 3 bedrooms, and the villas are 3 or 4 bedrooms with 2 or 3 baths, ranging between 2000 to 3400 square feet. The villas have tile or metal roofs, many with volume ceilings and open kitchen and living areas.
Boaters will appreciate easy acess to the ICW and Gulf of Mexico. Other local attractions nearby include Nokomis Beach and Oscar Scherer State Park, with downtown Venice just minutes away.
