You're looking for a newer home in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, or Venice? What prices do they start at? I'll break them down for you here in this post.
Criteria I used for this analysis: House built since 2017, single family home, search performed on 9/27/2020. Here's what I found:
Venice: Starting price $293,000 Properties available: 52
Sarasota: Starting price $285,000 Properties available: 183
Lakewood Ranch (34202,34211): Starting price: $310,000 Properties available: 112
Parrish: Starting price: $232,000 Properties available: 97
Unless you're open to expanding your search area to Parrish, your housing budget will likely have to start at about $300,000.
