We're headed into our traditional "season" for real estate. I thought it may be helpful to give you an overview of what's happening in our current market with the new homes builders.

Toscana Isles: They have a short list of completed new homes and quick move in new homes. There are also a handful of resales. Model tours are available.

Sarasota National: New single family homes and villas are sold out. Only a few resale SFR and villas are available right now.

Gran Paradiso: Most new single family homes and villas are sold out. Only a few resale homes and villas are available as of this writing.

Renaissance: 3 single family homes are available as of this writing.

Islandwalk: 1 single family and 1 villa are available.

Grand Palm: 1 villa and 1 single family home are available.

It's very difficult to find a newer single family home right now. Please make sure you have your source of funding ready, with a mortgage approval letter from your lender, or a statement showing proof of funds if you are a cash buyer.
