Builders are announcing new homes for sale in the new neighborhoods of Wellen Park, such as Avelina, Sunstone, Solstice, and Wysteria.
All 4 of these neighborhoods are small (300 homes or less) and as of this writing don't have model homes available to view on-site, with the exception of Avelina. I will be able to take you to other communities by the same builders, as you evaluate a new home purchase in Wellen Park.
Most people don't know this, but if you want a Realtor to help you (why wouldn't you, the builder pays me for bringing you) I have to bring you to the builder's sales office in person on your first visit. If you're looking online, you can include my information on the form on the builder's website.
