As many of you know, the real estate market nationwide is red hot. It's no different in Sarasota, Venice, or Lakewood Ranch.

I get a lot of calls from people searching for real estate online from all over the country and all over the world. I appreciate those calls and I have no problem answering your questions.

However, I do ask that you be respectful of my time. If you are already working with a buyer's agent, they should be answering your questions about real estate in the area. This goes for re-sale homes and new construction homes.

I make my living working with home buyers and sellers who find me online and appreciate my experience and how I do business. If you are not willing to work with me as your buyer's agent, I unfortunately can't help you.

Please understand why going forward, I will be asking you if you are working with another agent, or if you have already toured and registered with a new home community on your own. The builder pays me when I bring you to them. The advertised prices of their homes do not change if you are working with your own Realtor.
