It has an Englewood address but is still close to Venice shopping and attractions. Keyway Place is minutes to Manasota Key beaches, and is actually closer to downtown Venice than other new home communities such as Gran Paradiso or Grand Palm.
Keyway Place HOA fee is $900 quarterly, and is managed by Sunstate Management 941-544-6888.
