CIELO VENICE FL HOMES FOR SALE

Cielo is located southwest of the intersection of Laurel Road and Jacaranda Blvd, across from sister community Milano.

Cielo will be a small community with only 71 single family homes, which will have optional 2 story floor plans. Cielo is selling now, with model homes grand opening planned in March 2020.

Cielo will not be gated, and will be built along the lines of Windwood, which means no community pool or club house. The amenities list looks similar to another Neal Community, Central Park in Lakewood Ranch (click here to visit that page and view video). There will be a playground, dog park, and open grassy area.

Expect low HOA fees around $120 per month, and like neighboring Milano, no CDD fees.
