San Lino, Gondola Park, and Magnolia Park are architecturally similar, with elevator buildings and same-size amenities. Likewise, they are situated basically from east to west on Venice Avenue, offering excellent location value to downtown and the beaches, or I-75.
In Gondola Park, there are traditional condos called "The Residences". I did not include those properties in this analysis.
