With low inventory of new and resale homes in the Venice area, there are some options you should consider.
Parrish, just northeast of Bradenton in Manatee County, will eventually have 23,000 new homes, roughly similar to Wellen Park.
Many of the same builders in nearby Lakewood Ranch are building in Parrish, but at a lower price point and in smaller communities. Parrish is family friendly, with a new high school recently completed. Parrish is about an hour to Tampa International Airport.
