If you were driving around Venice looking for places to make your next home, Leslie Park might get overlooked.
The area now known as Leslie Park is located off Substation Road, across from the Ramada Plaza Venezia hotel. Villa Legrand was the original name of the complex of fillas, but tax records show the better known name of Leslie Park.
Leslie Park has 80 villa units. Residents there enjoy a community pool and basic clubhouse overlooking the central lake. Leslie Park is not gated. The activities and amenities of downtown Venice are a short bike ride away via The Legacy Trail, as is Venice Beach.
Leslie Park has had recent improvements and maintenance such as new roofs, exterior painting, and resurfacing of the community's streets. Residents of Leslie Park enjoy volume ceilings, with many units offering updated kitchens and baths.
Leslie Park villas can be rented for a minimum of 90 days, 2 times per year. New owners may not rent their units until 2 years of ownership. The association allows 1 pet up to 35 lbs.
