In my opinion, one has no distinct advantage over the other. They were built by the same local builder, and they feature unique courtyard spaces that seasonal owners really enjoy.

All three communities allow pets, and owners can lease their properties after 2 years of ownership. Leases are typically 4 month periods, 3 times per year.

As your buyer's agent, I recommend a home inspection. Roofs were recently replaced in Auburn Woods. Age of major systems, like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC should be checked, repaired, or replaced if necessary.
