Island Walk has a West Villages Improvement District fee paid annually of $240-$1298. Their HOA fees range between $360-$1206 quarterly.

Oasis at The West Villages CDD fee is $341-$1,390 per year. Their HOA fees will be $670-724 quarterly. Oasis at The West Villages is maintenance free, including lawn mowing and irrigation.
PRESERVE WELLEN PARK
Preserve at The West Villages has a West Villages Improvement District of $640-$1083 annually. Their HOA fees range between $546-$718 quarterly.
RENAISSANCE AT WELLEN PARK
