average is about 20 minutes from closest area beach.
Price:
Higher number of stars represents a higher priced
neighborhood. 3-star average is upper $100's.
Accessibility:
Is the area close to major roads and airports? Anna Maria and
Boca Grande are rated 2-stars because of their relatively
remote location.
Amenities:
Is the neighborhood close to attractions and shopping? Beach
areas and downtown Sarasota are highest rated, while
neighborhoods east of I-75 are lowest rated.
